Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Engages in candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conducts initial screenings and shortlists candidates based on job requirements.
• Assists in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicates with candidates to provide updates and maintain a positive experience.
• Manages and maintains an organized candidate database with accurate records.

Ideal candidates should be:

• Pursuing an MBA in HR with a minimum of 60% in academics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A flexible team player who is structured, organized, and solution-oriented.
