Your role

About The Role

As an Account Servicing Intern, you will work closely with ADA's account management team to support the day-to-day operations of client accounts. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in client servicing, project management, and campaign execution within a fast-paced advertising agency environment.

What Will You Do?

• Assist account managers in managing client relationships by communicating effectively and ensuring client needs are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams including creative, media, and production to facilitate the execution of client campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, status reports, and other documentation to track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Support the coordination of meetings, presentations, and client events.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to client campaigns.
