Corporate Finance Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

In this role, you will do the work below:

• Processing Vendor Onboarding and Updates: Responsible for performing VRF/VDD
• Checks on vendors as part of the procurement team. The main person that
• Forwarding the necessary information to the vendor specialist team for vendor ID creation in D365.
• Liaising with Clients and Vendors: Engages in extensive communication with ADA
• Requestors and vendors, particularly in the context of vendor onboarding and client registration.
• BC Checking: Efficiently handles the verification of approved BCs and ensures that all accompanying documents are in proper order.
• PO Creation: Takes charge of creating purchase orders in D365 following the review of BCs and updates the PO listing accordingly.
• Hands-on in day-to-day accounting operations from Accounts Payable (entering invoices, payments & payments preparation), verifying staff claims, month-end closing entries & etc
• Ensure adequate internal controls are in place for all areas of operations.
• Responsible for local tax compliance and reporting requirements – including timely filing of tax returns (SST), annual tax on income, tax payments, WHT, and transfer pricing documentation.
• Proper filing of all the accounting documents
• Other duties that may arise, including assistance with special projects and ad hoc reporting requests and performing any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
• Backing Up: Support during the absence of other team members

About you
