In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of ADA's e-commerce operations by developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance customer engagement, maximize sales, and optimize operational efficiency.

What Will You Do?

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
• Execute product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
• Implement effective merchandising tactics, including product positioning, cross-selling, and upselling techniques.
• Execute inventory management processes, including demand forecasts and supply chain operations to ensure timely fulfillment and minimize stockouts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers.
• Manage and document day-to-day requests raised by clients, ensuring prompt execution and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute client requests daily, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
• Manage Shopify store backend operations, including product listing, price changes, order execution, and managing employee access.
• Generate monthly reports, execute data analysis, and provide insights to optimize performance and drive business growth.
