Your role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, staff claims, and fixed assets register.
- Ensure accurate monthly transaction and intercompany billing records.
- Maintain and reconcile accounting records.
- Handle daily administration tasks, including document management and couriering.
- Oversee local tax compliance and reporting, including e-filing and tax payments.
- Properly file all accounting documents.
- Support finance/accounting system projects and enhancements.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
About you
Qualifications
- Be pursuing or possess a Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- Be hardworking and open to challenges and learning.
- Be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Have good communication skills.
