Support senior designers: Assist senior designers by contributing to ongoing design projects, from brainstorming and ideation to execution.
Research and inspiration: Gathering inspiration and reference materials to support design concepts, trends, or projects.
Graphic design: May work on creating visual assets like logos, icons, banners, or illustrations for digital or print media, depending on the needs of the department.
UI/UX elements: For web or app design departments, may assist with creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interface elements under the supervision of senior designers
Team collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters, developers, and marketers, to ensure designs meet the overall project objectives.
Receive feedback: Learn from feedback provided by more experienced designers, iterating on their work to improve the final design.
Shadowing designers: Learn by observing how senior designers work, manage client relationships, and handle project timelines.
Social media graphics: May help design visuals for social media campaigns, ads, or marketing materials.
Presentation design: Helping with the creation of PowerPoint or Google slides for internal or client-facing presentations.
Take on additional tasks as needed, such as helping with mockups for presentations, updating old designs, or researching new design tools and trends.
What skills & experience do you need?
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Xd, Premier, InDesign)
Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and motion graphics.
