About the Human Resources Department

ADA's HR department focuses on end-to-end HR processes that account for all the stages of the employee lifecycle to enhance employee experiences which include career, rewards & benefits, development, and employee welfare.

Role & responsibilities:

The HR Strategy Support role is a critical part of the HR department, providing support to the Head of Human Resources in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy of the company. The HR Strategy Support will be responsible for conducting research, analysis, and developing recommendations to support the HR Business Partner team. This role will also play an important role in the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR initiatives and projects.

What Will You Do?

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development and implementation of HR strategies 
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR team members to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Develop recommendations and action plans to support the implementation of HR strategies 
  • Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR initiatives and projects 
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners and other HR team members on a variety of HR-related topics 
  • Assist with the development of HR policies and procedures 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, and incorporate these into HR strategy and initiatives 
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure the HR strategy aligns with the overall business strategy
