Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and anticipating scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation of candidate pipelines.
- Build and maintain a network of passive candidates for future talent needs.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Organize and maintain Talent Acquisition SharePoint folders to ensure proper documentation and accessibility.
- Support employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, university engagement programs, and related events.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition team.
