Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and interest in the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and anticipating scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation of candidate pipelines.
  • Build and maintain a network of passive candidates for future talent needs.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Organize and maintain Talent Acquisition SharePoint folders to ensure proper documentation and accessibility.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, such as career fairs, university engagement programs, and related events.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the Talent Acquisition team.

  • A people-centric and proactive approach with excellent follow-up skills and a sense of urgency.
  • Passion for people, services, and culture.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A good team player with a positive attitude, motivation, and eagerness to learn.
  • Interest in working within a start-up environment.
