Summer Vacation Intership (Start ASAP)

Salary Range:

• The fixed amount stated in the Employment Letter Offer (MYR6,500-MYR8,000)
• Depending on Malaysian Currency as of 14.03.2023 (MYR6,713-MYR8,262)(excluding commission approx. MYR500-MYR2,000 after probation)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’).
• Clarify customer requirements; ask more question to understand the problem better, use SOP knowledge and resources to appropriately provide resolution.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.

Job Requirements & Skills:

• Customer service experience or without experience (training provided).
• Fluency in Mandarin is Compulsory (Read/Write/Speak).
• 18-35 years old.
• Males and Females are welcome.
• Interested, Willing to learn, Good Communication Skill, Self-disciplined, Responsible.

Working Hours:

Mon-Sat (8 am-8pm; 2 hours rest within 12 hours of work daily routine; One rest day a week-4 rest days per month.)
