Your role
AirAsia is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative and Finance Intern to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and assisting in finance-related activities to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Duties and responsibilities:
- ePR Creation: Facilitate the creation of electronic Purchase Requests (ePR) ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- GRN Creation: Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) accurately reflecting received goods and services, coordinating with relevant departments for verification.
- Division Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks for the division, including but not limited to refreshment services, meeting room bookings, and coordinating logistics for events.
