Your role

As an AirAsia X Intern at AirAsia Malaysia, you will carry the following tasks and responsibilities: 

• To support Cabin Crew KPI Administrative maintenance such as, but not limited to NPS merit data entry, guest feedback data entry, maintaining Cabin Crew Network (CCN), and crew resource template. 
• To assist in the formulation of the Cabin Crew Administrative Handbook.
• To be involved in the department’s strategy and performance initiatives such as monthly performance reports.
• To assist CCD Executives in performing the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks as assigned by relevant supervisors.
