Employee Engagement Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

AirAsia is looking for an Employee Engagement Intern to join the AirAsia Airline team. Working with the team, there’s no micro-management, no hiding behind fancy job titles. You are free to explore your way of doing things with lots of guidance and plenty of support from talented, super-smart managers and colleagues. AirAsia is going to be upfront - the way they work doesn't suit everyone. But if freedom, autonomy, and challenges rock your world, you and the team could be a match made in heaven. So what's next?

What you will be doing each day

• Plan and execute monthly team engagement
• Support with branding & events initiatives
• Develop monthly activities and events across the calendar year

About you

If you're interested in this role, you need to meet the requirements below:

• A great communicator.
• ​Able to work independently without detailed instructions, with good initiative, and cross-team player.
• Keen to learn and explore new things.
• A graduate in Mass Communication or Events Management is preferred.
