Your role

Your role will be to assist AirAsia's Culture and Recruitment teams in developing employer branding content and working on ways to attract high-quality people to look for jobs with Capital A companies. This will include managing some of Capital A's online employer brand and hiring channels to improve the recruitment experience of job candidates. You will be comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment while having an eye for detail. AirAsia is looking especially for people with a passion for content creation, especially for social media or multimedia!

What will you be doing each week?

  • Produce employer branding content, eg photos, videos, graphics, blogs, articles, newsletters
  • Plan and make improvements to Capital A's career site to make it easier, more informative, and enjoyable for candidates to apply for jobs
  • Assist in managing content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc, and editing regular newsletters to potential job candidates.

Compensation & benefits

This internship is a paid internship where you will get a stipend during the program. You may expect to earn MYR 1,000 each month or MYR 12,000 annually. (source:glassdoor.com)

In this role, you will be working in AirAsia in Sepang where its office hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, from Monday to Friday. Then, there is also a flexible working arrangement to support your work-life balance even better.

About you

To apply for this internship, you need to meet the qualifications below:

  • A final-year degree student in communications, marketing, human resources, media studies, graphic design, or a related fields
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills and good time management with attention to detail
  • Technical and creative skills in graphic design tools, such as Illustrator, Canva, etc
  • Strong social media experience, eg influencer, or web design and management would be an advantage
  • Able to commute to our offices in RedQ, klia2 (Sepang), and Wisma Tune, Damansara Heights.
  • Internship period: 3-6 months (starting in March 2023)
