Events & Communications Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

You will assist with running onboarding and employee engagement. Much of this will involve promoting AirAsia’s culture and its Allstar values. It will also cover themes such as well-being and community programs. In addition, you will also be responsible for the following roles:

• Assist in planning and coordinating various internal events, including employee engagement activities, team-building events, and corporate celebrations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event requirements and objectives.
• Coordinate event logistics, such as venue selection, catering arrangements, audiovisual setup, and participant registration.
• Support the development of event materials, including invitations, programmes, and signage.
• Contribute to post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback from participants and preparing reports.
