Your role

As a Flight Operation Technical Support Officer at AirAsia Malaysia, you will have the following duties:

• Functional responsibilities
  • To deliver superior standards for authoring, quality control, and development of the intellectual content of the Flight Operations documents and other controlled documentation reflecting the department`s policy of producing intelligible instructions for Malaysia AirAsia (MAA) operating Pilots and operations support personnel.
  • To assist the Supervisor with the executions and co-ordinations of Flight Operations functions.
  • The provision of Flight Operations Technical Support to the Flight Operations Management Team.
• Functional duties
  • Printing productions of navigational charts.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of EFB Tablet and its hosted applications in KUL and all MAA Hubs.
  • Maintenance and updates of aircraft navigational chart manuals. Setup and updates of EFB Tablets.
  • To support all Flight Operations Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by Flight Operations Management.

Specifically to the requirement for this role, you will have to be able to work on 24/7 shift rotation in the office of AirAsia SEA. Global Operating Hours are 24 hours by shift (0600H-1300H, 0900H-1900H, 1200H-2100H, 2100H-0600H).
