Your role

As a Flight Operations Admin Executive at AirAsia Malaysia, you will have the following duties & responsibilities:

  • Updating and checking pilot allowance reports
  • Pilot Allowance Rate Revision :
  • Pilot MC/ SL/ EL and AL Tracking:
  • Verifying Air Navigation Charge Invoices and Submission for approvals
  • Pilot and Cabin Crew Accommodation/transportation charge Invoices
  • Assist in Checking Payment Status for Air Navigation Charge
  • Cross Check Pilot Active Listing
  • Ensure Standard Block Hours are updated in AIMS for New and Existing Routes
  • Raise EPR via ORACLE (Pilot and Cabin Crew)
  • To approve invoice via Esker
  • US Visa Pilot/Cabin Crew Claim
