Your role

As an HR Intern, Benefits (Thai Proficiency) at AirAsia, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Work closely with the Benefits Management to support various projects, allowing a broad view of what happens in a professional environment.
• Assist with the dependent data declarations from various sources such as Workday, Payroll2U, and AskPAC to ensure data consistency.
• Coordinate, track, and maintain the workflow of incoming and outgoing correspondences during peak demand.
• Strive for efficiency by completing the process within the agreed SLAs.

About you

• Minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any other related field.
• Able to read in the Thai Language.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential matters and understand company policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to handle administrative tasks, and analyze, and explain internal databases.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues who represent cultures from around the world.
• Available for 6 months internship duration.
