Your role

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for ADT, managing launch strategies and product improvements
• Enhance engagement with DARTS Duty Travel to improve support turnaround times
• Track, fulfil, and analyze results to ensure efficiency and identify improvement areas
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay current and apply critical thinking to process analysis and problem resolution

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
• Project management skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Confidence, teamwork skills, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment
• Availability for a 3-month internship
