NMC (Operations) Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

As an NMC (Operations) Intern at AirAsia, they role involves assisting in the daily operations of the network management center, analyzing data to optimize flight schedules, supporting coordination between departments, and contributing to the development of operational strategies. They aim to delve into real-time problem-solving and enhance efficiency in air traffic management while gaining valuable insights into the aviation industry. Ultimately, They seek to contribute to seamless operational processes that elevate passenger experiences.

Key Responsibility:

• Ensure the delivery of the daily meeting items in a timely manner.
• Ensure the delivery of the post-meeting notes for AIMS update.
• Assist Manager - Crew establishment in creation of pairing.
• Assist Manager - Crewing for sending APIS to Airports.
• Fulfilling tasks set out by the  Head - Network Management Center.

About You

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Basic understanding of G Suite.
• Proficient in oral and written English.
• Good time management and organizational skills with attention to details.
• Good customer service skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in a challenging environment.
• Having good passion to learn and will be running through all aviation areas in NMC in stages.
