Your role
As a Pricing Intern at AirAsia Malaysia, you will do the following tasks:
Assist in maintaining pricing databases, documents, and reports to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for reference.
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing pricing data from various sources to support pricing strategies and decisions.
Research competitors' pricing strategies, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional marketing, business development, and finance teams to gather insights and collaborate on pricing initiatives.
Help in creating and updating pricing models or tools to evaluate profitability, pricing elasticity, and customer segmentation.
Presentation and Reporting: Prepare presentations or reports summarizing pricing analysis, findings, and recommendations for the pricing team or management.

About you

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and statistical analysis tools. Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data collection and analysis.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to present findings and collaborate effectively with team members.
