Product Innovation Intern (Rolling Intake)

Join AirAsia's dynamic team to assist in product development and innovation for in-flight and SANTAN Cafe offerings.

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in product development from concept to commercialization across AirAsia's airline operating countries.
• Support planning and execution of the product development calendar based on company goals, sales analysis, marketing strategies, and customer feedback.
• Conduct testing and evaluation sessions for new and existing products to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with AirAsia in-flight, Santan Cafe, and other departments to finalize new products, including photo shoots, food styling, and menu descriptions.
• Work with relevant departments to launch new products and train Flight Attendants/Operation Team.
• Coordinate sampling events and review product performance.
• Support the establishment of food safety and quality requirements with the QA Team.
• Assist with quality assurance responsibilities as needed.
