Recruitment Internship (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Collaborates with hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
• Assists in volume hiring events, guiding candidates through the process from document uploads to administrative support.
• Represents the company at career fairs, showcasing AirAsia as the employer of choice.
• Engages in team discussions to brainstorm and implement recruitment process improvements.
• Maintains the applicant tracking system (ATS) for data accuracy and efficiency.

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Is currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology). Has a passion for human resources and talent acquisition.
• Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Maintains discretion when handling confidential information.
