Your role
As a Scheduling Executive, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Revise the operating schedule for the designated AOC in line with the change of business requirements with the assistance of Scheduling Manager.
- Allocate aircraft with optimized schedule in terms of crew utilization and crew parings to achieve savings in number of crew sets or aircraft time and optimize ground time.
- Ensure all statutory requirements are complied with & operational constraints are met. Complete compliance to all company SOP in deriving the optimized schedule.
- Continues coordinating with Manager group Slot Portfolio to obtain and improve the slots for required airports to support the business plan offered by Network planning.
- Communicating with Manager Schedules Optimization on the status of projects and Network Planning analysts on schedule revisions.
- Oversee the refinement of schedules with appropriate departments for review and final distribution.
- Manage and maintain flight inventory in the Reservation system. Further communication with all stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, and Engineering).
- Ensures a schedule comparison is done between records in the Scheduling System and SkySchedule (Reservation System) to ensure 100% accuracy between both systems.
- Provide periodical reports and data to Network Planning and Route revenue with regard to operating schedule.
- Track and monitor the number of flight cancellations and delays and continuously highlight to Regional and local OCC to mitigate any slots violations and loosing of slots.

About you

- Minimum 03 years of airline or airlines related industry experience.
- Education: Graduate from a recognized University. Non graduates with adequate working experience in airlinendustry will be considered.
- Fresh graduates with the relevant discipline of studies will be considered Professional qualifications:
- Preferably be conversant with basic scheduling guidelines together with knowledge of IATA rules and regulations
- Preferably with comprehensive knowledge of SSIM Chapter 06
- Scheduling system basic knowledge.
- Knowledge of IATA Slots & Coordination.
