Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Assist HR Shared Service Centre customers with Tier 0 self-help materials and functionality.
  • Resolve inquiries using knowledgebase documents within agreed service levels.
  • Provide regular status updates and maintain customer contact until resolution.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting and navigating company systems.
  • Assume ownership of cases and update resolutions in the case management system.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the next level of support or subject matter experts.
  • Identify gaps in knowledgebase and processes, suggesting improvements.
  • Support transition activities across APAC, ensuring compliance with standardized processes and regulations.
  • Enhance and implement HR Shared Services tools and technologies.
  • Support key activities for successful transitions to the shared service center.

About you

The successful candidate should have:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a shared service center or customer service environment, preferably in HR services. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent active listening skills, customer focus, and adaptability.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Workday, ServiceNow, and 3CX.
