Perform quality support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients & intermediaries
Key responsibilities
- Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities such as attending emails & calls from EB clients/intermediaries/members for policy coverage, claim status, policy contract, billing inquiries, and data extraction
- Preparing briefing decks for EB clients & intermediaries
- Prepare renewal invitation documents and invite EB clients/intermediaries for yearly renewal
- Helpdesk at client office
Key requirements
- Candidate must possess or is pursuing at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
