Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support back office operations, including policy servicing and document handling.
- Manage customer service delivery at the branch, including security and concierge duties.
- Ensure compliance with FSA 2013 and branch SOPs.
- Support operational initiatives and collaborate with colleagues.
About you
Candidates should possess the following:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields.
- Willingness to work in Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in English, with Mandarin or Malay as a plus.
