Procurement Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assist in assessing and evaluating potential suppliers for quality and compliance.
• Research suppliers, industry trends, and pricing to support procurement decisions.
• Support the creation and processing of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
• Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports.
• Analyze procurement data for cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A minimum 3-month practical duration, with preference for longer.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• An eager-to-learn attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma.
