How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
2 days in the office and can make up lost time
Graduate, Melbourne - 16 Sep 2024
I only go in to the office to be social. There is no requirement, in my team, to attend the office. Very convenient.
Graduate, Adelaide - 10 Sep 2024
Entirely up to me how much time I spend in office.
Graduate, Adelaide - 10 Sep 2024
This company is very lenient with working hours as long as you let others know what is happening. There is the option to work remotely whenever you want or go into the office. You get the choice to opt for a nine day fortnight with each second Friday being an RDO, or you can work the normal 5 days a week. I find the work hours very flexible, their is depending on external clients which may require certain hours for you to have work due by.
Graduate, Melbourne - 09 Sep 2024
Quite flexible. Although there is always busy and not so busy periods, the team always prioritises life. Although I cannot comment on the broader business. The company / my team is very accommodating of working from home.
Senior Commercial Officer, Perth - 03 Sep 2024
Quite flexible, opportunities to start/finish earlier or later, and 9 day fortnight available.
Finished graduate program, Adelaide - 02 Sep 2024
standard 2-3 days in the office most of the time.
Graduate, Newcastle - 02 Sep 2024
9 day fortnight is excellent. Flexibility to work from home when required.
Graduate, Perth - 02 Sep 2024
My work hours are extremely flexible, my manager isn't concerned with when we start and end work each day or how many hours we do on a given day as long as we get our 38 weekly hours done.
Graduate, Adelaide - 30 Aug 2024
The Company is very flexible and you are given the responsibility to organise your own week in terms of where you work from. I enjoy working from home but always get into the office 3 times a week as I enjoy the social interaction. It is nice to have flexibility with appointments. My Manager knows I will make up for lost time.
Graduate, Adelaide - 30 Aug 2024
Extremely flexible hours in my current role, with lots of opportunity to move hours to suit your day to day life.
Graduate, Newcastle - 21 Aug 2024
My current project is very flexible. This is my favourite part compared to my last rotation by this employer. I'm able to work from home most days of the week if needed as well as go into work too.
Graduate, Adelaide - 20 Aug 2024
The hours are very flexible. More or less if you get your work done and you communicate effectively you can make up your hours how you want.
Hired as graduate, no longer in graduate program, Melbourne - 20 Aug 2024
3 days on site work in a hybrid environment. Hours can be heavy per demand but you are compensated from days in lieu.
Mid-level Officer, Adelaide - 19 Aug 2024
working a 9 day fortnight has been amazing for work life balance
Graduate, Melbourne - 19 Aug 2024
I am only required to work in the office 2 days per week. The days in which I come in are organised within my team so that we're all in at the same time. There is no issue with working from home on these days if personal matters demand it.
Graduate, Adelaide - 19 Aug 2024
super flexible and also offers 9-day fortnight if it works for your lifestyle
Graduate, Adelaide - 18 Aug 2024
I have been very fortunate to have a role created for me after the completion of my internship to help keep me engaged with the business while I complete my studies and await the start of my graduate role next year. I have very flexible hours that I can determine myself as well as a hybrid working arrangement so that I can prioritise my studies.
Intern, Adelaide - 16 Aug 2024
Hours are flexible as long as you meet the required hours for the week and attend the required meetings unless you have taken leave. We have the option for a 9 day fortnight, meaning we work 1 extra hour each day to have an RDO every second week, which I think is amazing and so good for recovery from life. Working in the office, specifically, is dependent on the team and specific tasks, but most people I've spoken to (and myself) have 2-3 days in the office. People are allowed to go in more often or alternatively can work from home on an office day if required and there's no conflicts with office specific work tasks.
Graduate, Melbourne - 16 Aug 2024
Very flexible, although this may vary depending on your line manager.
