Our building is certainly showing it's age (our building is in the minority on that point though), but it's being renovated soon. Dress however you wish, within reason.

Some are good, others are poor.

There is office locations in most parts around Australia, speaking solely on Melbourne the office spaces are big and open with the necessities for day to day work available. The location is also in the middle of Melbourne so it is reasonable easy for travel for most people and their is convenient shops all within walking distance. The dress code in the office is not strict at all, it is up to the person how they want to look.

Office itself is nice and modern with good amenities. However, the location is problematic as it is quite far from the CBD, which makes commuting very long.
Senior Commercial Officer, Perth - 03 Sep 2024
Office spaces are modern for the most part, with good kitchen amenities. Dress code is smart casual at a minimum.
Finished graduate program, Adelaide - 02 Sep 2024
The offices here are somewhat outdated, but that should change in the next couple of years

The location is easy to get to from home, only taking about 20-25 minutes. The building I work in is an old demountable that has been spruced up on the inside. It's not the best, the floors, roof and walls feel thin/hollow and old, but there is ample space in each bay and everyone has a good amount of desk space. We have a small kitchenette with a microwave for lunches plus a fridge and sandwich press. The tap also has a combo hot and chilled water on demand system, which pairs well with the free coffee sachets. It's also a short walk to the next building with a more substantial kitchen and coffee machine that grinds its own beans. The building also has decent air conditioners in each bay, so the temperature isn't an issue, and there's enough toilets for the approx. 22 people that work in this building. The dress code is pretty relaxed, being business casual with some people, our team especially, leaning more towards the casual side.

I like having the options of different offices to work from. They are all very clean and suitable.

There is a lot of upgrades and changes in my facility right now but they are so far accommodating enough.
Graduate, Newcastle - 21 Aug 2024
There isn't enough seats most days I go into work. There are 9 seats available which are all a very big open area, that's open to the outside. Another main issue is the areas are freezing as there's only a few heats for a few desks. This also contributes to me working from home more often.

The offices are amazing. Very spacious and the desks are top notch. Kitchen facilities are great, coffee, sparkling water and lots of space. Dress code is business casual but there is not pressure to really dress up

Location is nice being at shipyard. Though it is a trek from my home so I do appreciate WFH to break up lengthy commute. Plenty of desk space so that's nice. Facilities need improvement. Meeting rooms are scarce so it is had to have confidential conversations in open plan environment. But OPE helps with key collaboration with immediate team. Lack of eating spaces mean eating at desks and there is a shocking lack of kitchen utensils. Need a coffee machine Lack of sit stand desk and monitor adjustment is a concern with reliance on paper sheet packages to get the required ergonomic monitor height. My home office is more ergonomic than work office.
Mid-level Officer, Adelaide - 19 Aug 2024
Facilities acceptable. Generally kept clean but perhaps a little dated. Office space lacks natural light which leads to fatigue. Dress code is business casual attire and is generally well adhered to.
Graduate, Adelaide - 19 Aug 2024
little inconsistent across sites but the dress code is business casual most of the office have sit-stand desks and facilities are modern
Graduate, Adelaide - 18 Aug 2024
Very modern with stylish IT facilities, lots of greenery, generous kitchen facilities and an open plan, flexible office environment to facilitate the fluctuating number of staff on a given day. Dress code is generally smart/casual office attire however there is diversity and self expression as well. Some people dress more casual and comfortable, others wear very stylish suits and outfits, some dress more alternatively with tattoos and piercings.
Intern, Adelaide - 16 Aug 2024
The office is nice and always clean. There's coffee machines and fruit available which is nice. The office is an easy walk from the train or tram and it has everything you need for your day. - bathrooms, shower rooms for if you ride your bike to work or go to the gym before work. The dress code is smart casual, but if you overdress or underdress a little, you never really feel out of place. Everyone is chill.
Graduate, Melbourne - 16 Aug 2024
Smart casual dress code, the office space is adequate, location convenient and facilities are good.

Central location, modern facilities and dress code is flexible - from corporate professional to relaxed smart business.

The office I work in is the nicest I have seen. Every desk is a sit-stand desk. The office chairs are better than any other workplace chairs I have sat in. It looks like lots of work and effort (and money) has gone into ensuring the ergonomics and practicality of the office is of paramount importance. The only reason it doesn't get a 10 is because of the lack of parking at the building itself (but there is plenty of parking close by).
