Relationship Management Associate (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Attend to sales inquiries, both in-person and online, and follow up with potential customers to finalize sales.
• Participate in weekend duties at the Sales Gallery and at project locations, property launches, or exhibitions.
• Monitor and track sales processes to ensure timely closures.
• Assist purchasers in securing end financing and coordinate necessary documentation with the Group’s panel lawyers.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the immediate superior.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Act as the dedicated key contact for assigned customers.
• Build positive and productive relationships with customers to drive business growth.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum Certificate or Diploma in a related field.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
