Internship - Technical Field Operations

Job Description : 

• Actively monitoring our system health and service performance on a Cloud based environment  
• Participate in on-site deployments, responsible for the end-to-end project deployment from hardware & software integration, on-site systems & network troubleshooting to customer UAT. 
• Monitor and identify system related issues, liaise with developers and/or vendors towards issue resolution  
• Ensure optimal systems availability and minimal disruption to business and meet all agreed targets and SLAs  
• Responsible for understanding the needs of our customers, providing feedback to Product and Development teams to explore system enhancement opportunities.  
• Provide Level 2 support to internal teams and external partners/clients 
• Handle communications internally and externally during service disruptions  
• Maintain and update technical documents and procedures 

Job Requirement : 

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology,Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Engineering (Electrical / Electronic)
• Preferably Intern specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written.
