Your role

As an Administrative Assistant at Sunway, you will have the tasks & responsibilities below:

Contract Management

• To prepare a memo for a comparison report
• Preparation of contracts agreement including eLetter award and liaising clients or vendors
• To process claims, PO, quotations, and CPC for vendors or clients

Administrative & IT support to Engineering Services, Water Treatment Plant & Property Management support

• Preparation of correspondence letters, agreements, etc
• Scheduling of meetings and appointment
• Delivery of document (if any)
• Record and keep track of project drawings
• Timely processing of invoices in the Esker system

ISO9001 Internal Audit

• To carry out the annual ISO9001 Internal audit 

Administrative, Procurement, and claim task

• To keep track of SPFM resource booking ie. engineering tools & equipment 
• Creation of eABMC Vendor creation, Creation of Purchase Requisition, receiving of goods
• Assist with submission of petty cash, urgent payment, and reimbursement. Follow up on payment status with the relevant party.
