Your role

ZALORA is looking for an Affiliate intern, with a great curiosity in performance-based marketing channels, project management, communication, and partnership. This role will be supporting the Regional Affiliate Marketing Team with a focus on growing our customer base, and revenue and increasing our customer lifetime value through a data-driven and cost-effective strategy. What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day operational tasks of our Regional Affiliate Program 
• Manage and execute Affiliate’s marketing campaign together with our Campaign Team, Creative Team, and Onsite Team.
• Becoming our Regional Partners Support and strengthening our relationship through liaising and answering any ad-hoc inquiries, providing troubleshooting information, reporting, and analyzing their information and needs.
• Support our monthly validation process, including managing invoices from our vendors.
• Perform fraud checking and proceed with the necessary action.

Training & development

• Proficient in writing and speaking English for day-to-day communication

• Great in Excel, and PowerPoint & have a good understanding of Google Analytics.
