Campaign Operations (Beauty) Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

ZALORA is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Campaign Operations Intern (Beauty) to join the team in support of Marketplace growth. The Campaign Operations Intern (Beauty) will play a crucial role in supporting marketplace sellers, ensuring their success, and maintaining overall quality and competitiveness throughout their journey in selling on the ZALORA Marketplace platform. This position is based in Malaysia.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Monitor the Sellers’ participation in campaigns and assist with planning Sellers’ promotions and work with Marketing to incorporate them into ZALORA’s marketing calendar to drive the growth of assigned brands.
• Submit various requests for approval, ensuring all necessary information is accurately communicated in a timely manner.
• Assist with basic analytics on brand and campaign performance.
• Perform detailed market research and provide competitor analysis to help with brands’ sales growth.
• Data entry and spreadsheet management related to marketplace sellers' campaign details, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist marketplace sellers with their requests and ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Work with the Sellers / Internal Teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experience.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 
• Strong interest and familiarity in the Beauty Industry (Makeup, Skincare, Fragrances, Hair Care, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides).
• Organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail. 
• Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive, and have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Optional: The capability to read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
