Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Monitor seller participation in campaigns and assist with planning promotions.
- Collaborate with Marketing to integrate promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar.
- Submit approval requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Assist with basic analytics on brand and campaign performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to boost brand sales.
- Manage data entry and spreadsheets related to campaign details.
- Support marketplace sellers with their requests efficiently.
- Work with sellers and internal teams to enhance operational aspects impacting customer experience.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A strong interest and familiarity with the Beauty Industry (Makeup, Skincare, Fragrances, Hair Care, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Slides).
- An organized, detail-oriented approach and ability to multitask.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Optional: Ability to read and speak Mandarin is an advantage.
