Your role

As an E-store Operations Intern at ZALORA Malaysia, you will have the main responsibilities as follows:

• Assist with the setup and launch of new stores on third-party marketplaces in MY and SG within the agreed timelines, with a specific focus on account opening, application to Malls / Premium areas, store decoration in line with brands / commercial PIC requirements, product upload, launch campaigns, and pricing upload. 
• Drive day-to-day activities of e-store operations, ensure the timely execution of campaigns, weekly update of new products and discounts, optimization of the store architecture and of the product pages, and tagging for maximum discoverability and conversion rate.
• To support with weekly reporting updates, campaign performance tracking, and extraction from the platform seller center
• Own continuous improvements within the work tasks being assigned, identify best practices, and standardize it
• Monitor and ensure performance, quality, and KPIs of the e-store are met

About you
