Your role
Responsibilities
- Perform team processes related to Order to Cash
- Conduct manual bank tagging and payment allocation
- Reconcile daily and address discrepancies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve invoice issues
- Support the collection process for overdue invoices
- Assist in audit preparations and ad-hoc duties
- Prepare WHT, SST & GST documents
About you
Qualifications
- Be pursuing an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business or a professional accounting qualification
- Have a good understanding of finance processes and accounting entries
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Be proficient in Excel
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Be proactive and a good team player
- Be mature and able to work independently
- Commit to a 6-month internship
