Finance Intern (Business Services) (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Process vendor invoices and credit notes accurately and on time, adhering to established SLAs.
• Perform monthly supplier reconciliations and address any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve invoice issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Support the payment process through bank tagging.
• Conduct due diligence for new sellers and ensure correct setup in SAP.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Assist senior staff and managers with audit preparations and other ad-hoc tasks.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Enrollment in an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, or pursuing a professional accounting qualification like ACCA, MICPA, or CIMA.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting entries.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Capability to handle a variety of related tasks independently.
• Maturity and independence in work.
