Finance Intern (Trade) (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Responsibilities

• Processing vendor invoices and credit notes timely and accurate.
• Performing monthly supplier reconciliation and addressing discrepancies.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve invoice issues and ensure policy adherence.
• Supporting the collection process for overdue customer invoices.
• Conducting due diligence for new sellers and ensuring correct SAP setup.
• Participating in process improvement projects.
• Assisting in audits and other ad-hoc duties.

About you

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Commerce or pursuing a Professional Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACCA, MICPA, CIMA).
• Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting entries.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle various tasks.
