Your role

As a Luxury Consumer Analyst Intern at Zalora Malaysia, you will carry the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Conduct market research (quantitative & qualitative) and identify consumer trends to facilitate weekly campaign planning for Luxury.
• Prepare reports and analyses on sales and campaign performance for all Zalora Luxury’s key brands and suppliers.
• Using a data-driven approach to identify performance gaps and come up with recommendations to drive sales.
• Prepare business reports for the weekly/monthly trade meetings.
• Act as the Consumer Champion internally, knowing their needs and anticipating what is on the potential customers’ radar in order to strengthen the luxury business.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic analysis.
