Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Handle daily and weekly tasks to manage the suppliers' stores and visuals.
• Monitor and help the campaign's participation of the different suppliers by analyzing the product upload and price.
• Competitive pricing analysis with other local marketplaces and dot.com. 
• Work with the suppliers / internal teams to continuously improve operational aspects of their business which directly impact the customer experience.
• Constantly review product catalog and assortment to ensure the content meets ZALORA guidelines and coordinate with internal teams to fix the issues for an improved customer journey.
• Liaise with the ZAP team to verify asset requirements per each package and campaign.
• Help the account manager with various sets of daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to improve the visibility of the supplier's performance.

About you

Requirements for this internship:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Looker is preferred.
• Excellent English skills are required. 
• The capability to read and speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage. 
• 6 month internship period is preferred.
