Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Handle daily and weekly tasks to manage suppliers' stores and visuals.
- Monitor and assist in campaign participation by analyzing product uploads and pricing.
- Conduct competitive pricing analysis with local marketplaces.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve operational aspects affecting customer experience.
- Review product catalog to ensure compliance with ZALORA guidelines and coordinate issue resolution.
- Liaise with the ZAP team to verify asset requirements for packages and campaigns.
- Assist the account manager with business reports to enhance supplier performance visibility.
About You
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Looker.
- Excellent English skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Availability for a 6-month internship period.
