Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned brands via email or phone.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to boost brand sales.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team and Seller HelpDesk to enhance operational efficiency using ZALORA’s Seller Centre.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating new brands to expand the beauty portfolio.
- Support the acquisition of new beauty brands suitable for ZALORA.
- Coordinate with brands on campaign objectives and integrate promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar.
- Assist with basic analytics on brand and campaign performance.
- Manage data entry, filing, and spreadsheet management for merchant databases.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- A strong interest and familiarity with the Beauty Industry (Skincare, Fragrance, Hair Care, etc.).
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentation skills and confidence in public speaking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Optional: Fluency in Chinese for the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
