Your role

Zalora looking for a Marketplace Intern to assist the Integration & Operations team who will be responsible for supporting the team in day to day operations of the Marketplace department. This internship will be your chance to build your experience and witness what it takes to build a company and manage its operations and product development from the ground up. This role is based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operations goals, objectives, and needs
  • Help plan, design, and enhance operations processes, and SOPs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the Marketplace product catalog by resolving SKU and listing errors 
  • Perform data research and analysis in support of operations
  • Assist in resolving operations issues related to vendors and customer
  • Assist in managing daily operations task
  • Help launch new initiatives and may perform additional projects upon request.

About you

  • Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business or related major (preferable) 
  • Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills 
  • Being able to operate with a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines is critical
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Duration: 4-6 months
