Operations Support Intern (Intelligence Technology) (Rolling Intake)

Support ZALORA's Marketplace department by driving processes and enhancing supplier relationships in a dynamic environment.

Your role

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day activities of the Fulfillment Services team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to strategic brand partners.
• Coordinate with Regional data analytics teams on data requirements, ensuring data availability and accuracy.
• Improve sales and inventory reporting, including discrepancy investigation and reconciliations.
• Manage project communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own continuous improvements within the Fulfillment Services team, identifying best practices and standardizing them.
• Monitor and ensure performance, quality, and KPIs of the Fulfillment Services team are met.

About you

Qualifications

• A good analytical mind and in-depth understanding of MS Excel, with high IT literacy.
• Experience with data quality, cleaning, and extraction/validation tools is preferred.
• A self-starter attitude, quick learning ability, and proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to achieve results, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards challenges.
• Good communication and people skills.
