Your role
As an intern, your responsibilities include:
Support the PR team by handling various responsibilities, including PR monitoring and engaging with KOLs. This involves assisting the PR team by taking on different tasks such as monitoring media coverage, social media channels, and other platforms to track the brand's presence and reputation.
Process item loans and gifting. This task involves managing the process of lending products or gifting items to individuals or organizations. It includes coordinating requests, tracking inventory, ensuring proper documentation, and handling logistics associated with loaned or gifted items.
Create collaboration brief decks to share with KOLs. Collaboration brief decks are presentations prepared to communicate potential partnership opportunities, campaign concepts, or collaboration ideas to KOLs.
Assist during events offline events coordination. This involves providing support and assistance during events organized by the company such as ZALORAYA. Duties may include logistical support, guest assistance, coordination of activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of the event.
Support the PR team in suggesting KOL names and crafting press releases/angles. This task entails assisting the PR team in identifying and recommending KOLs who align with the brand's values and target audience. Additionally, the intern may be involved in drafting or editing press releases, which are official statements issued to the media to announce news, events, or initiatives related to the brand.
