Your role

As an Intern of the Regional Commercial Project Management Office, you will support and drive both commercial-driven and cross-functional projects to develop new and/or enhance current practices within the Commercial department. Combining analytical thinking and interpe­­rsonal skills, you will work across multiple departments: from Brand Acquisition to Onboarding, Account Management to Project Management, Operations, and Tech. 

You should be result-oriented and demonstrate exceptional project management and problem-solving skills not only to address existing challenges at ZALORA but also to achieve sustainable and impactful results that will bring the company to greater heights.

Responsibilities

• Support and/or drive commercial projects & processes mapping, from conceptualization to completion, to build or re-engineer business models, tools, and processes. 
• Leveraging current systems and tech solutions to develop reports and dashboards, supporting Senior leadership and the Commercial team in their day-to-day work.
• Work across different departments to facilitate discussions for process improvements and present solutions to senior management.
• Assist in multiple tasks from ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.

About you
