Seller Support Intern (Operations) (Rolling Intake)

Your role

• Serve as a Level 1 support agent for Zalora sellers via ticketing and live chat systems.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences by promptly addressing and resolving complaints within service level agreements.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Zalora systems, products, and services to provide accurate advice and resolutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
• Undertake additional projects and ad hoc duties as required.

About you

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in English, with Mandarin as an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
