Your role

As a Sustainability Intern at Zalora Malaysia, you will carry the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily tagging and identification of sustainable products under the Earth Edit category on Zalora.
• Conduct the due diligence and the verification of claims by product brands based on approved certification and standards set by the Group.
• Assist to increase understanding amongst brand managers regarding the Earth Edit criteria and Zalora’s vision of sustainability in Fashion and business.
• Spread awareness regarding sustainable products and practices to internal stakeholders.
• Support the sustainability team in their administrative, engagement and volunteering initiatives.

About you

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any Science, Social, Business or Sustainability related major.
• An environmental enthusiast with a strong interest in Sustainability.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Mature and able to work independently.
• Duration: Able to commit for at least 3 months to 6 months.
