Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Assist with the receipt, scanning, and barcode tagging of Accounts Payable invoices in the GS/OBR Department.
  • Support special Accounts Payable projects and create tickets for Vietnam GSA as needed.
  • Prepare WHT documents and issue receipts as part of OBC tasks.
  • Support the archiving of finance documents and assist with on-site office tasks.
  • Extract invoices from the SAP system for processing and tracking in the CTG 2 Department.
  • Upload and attach invoices to the MITI ePCO system and retrieve the Bill of Materials (BOM) list.
  • Assist the CTG controller with cost analysis tasks and create ad-hoc reports.
  • Assist with cost center planning, budgeting, and reporting for overhead expenses in the CTG3 Department.
  • Prepare and track Service Level Agreements (SLA) and support Business Plan and Current Forecast.
  • Identify and analyze risks, offering suggestions for improvements.
  • Monitor and report on weekly Purchase Order (PO) commitments and support invoice extraction tasks.

About You

The ideal candidate is:

  • pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with SAP or other financial systems.
  • Has a good understanding of financial concepts such as budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounts payable, invoicing, and financial documentation processes.
